Is Freightos Freight as a Service available for anyone?
We have found that partners are typically most successful when having a validated global freight use case that can scale across there existing user base. As a result, we typically recommend beginning with a whitelabeled solution prior to in-depth integration.
How much does this cost?
It depends. Some of our APIs, like our freight carbon emissions estimator, are available for free. Even our core global freight pricing and booking APIs are available for free, provided a certain base level of bookings are conducted through the platform. At scale, we also offer a revenue share model that some partners choose to use to reduce freight costs for their users.
Why would I work with you rather than a digital freight forwarder?
Freightos represents a global freight booking and payment platform that connects over three thousand global freight providers, dozens of airlines and ocean liners and many importers or exporters. We’re strong advocates of digital freight forwarders but, like many midsize or large importers, believe that access to a network of forwarders and carriers can improve supply chain agility and transparency. Using Freightos Freight as a Service, your customers can access a range of solution providers, including third party solutions like customs brokerage and insurance. This allows them to easily choose different vendors for different shipments, all without needing to create multiple accounts, shop around for providers, download and import data across providers and more.
